TEAM
We've spent years walking the many paths of the culinary world, from chef Blake’s schooling in Canada, to Colleen’s East Coast journey through restaurants of all magnitudes. We met in Asheville, NC where Blake became the youngest executive chef in the food-driven town. The Asheville culinary wonderland expanded our passion for hospitality and we’ve come to share it with you.

Gabby joined our team in June 2024 and has been the joy of the crew ever since. She not only commands a room as she dances to the front of house jig like no other, but her art is out of this world. Gabby just won 'Best in Show' at The Women of Appalachia exhibit. Her ability to create something beautiful is deeply rooted in who she is. Seriously, try not to smile around her, it's impossible.
